Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operational functions, identifying and implementing efficiencies to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Leverage operational technology to enhance workflow automation, inventory management, and purchasing processes.
- Collaborate with the Finance Director to manage procurement, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and vendor optimization.
- Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring optimal service levels.
- Optimize inventory management, ensuring appropriate stock levels while minimizing waste and excess costs.
- Implement and refine operational systems, workflows, and standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and consistency.
- Monitor key operational metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and executing data-driven solutions.
- Work cross-functionally with finance, sales, and procurement teams to align operational strategies with business goals.
- Research and implement technology solutions (ERP, AI-driven analytics, automation tools) to improve efficiency and decision-making.
- Lead and develop operations teams, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
- Support strategic initiatives, including expansion, process automation, and digital transformation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 8 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on efficiency improvement, supply chain optimization, and technology implementation.
- Strong experience in procurement, purchasing processes, and vendor management.
- Proven ability to streamline workflows and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency.
- Experience implementing and managing ERP systems, procurement software, AI-driven analytics, and automation tools.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Strong leadership and team development abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
