Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a full-time Digital Marketer to drive exceptional results for our B2B clients. This role will primarily focus on PPC. If you enjoy setting up ads (Google & Meta), diving into metrics, refining search terms, and tracking leads, this might be the position for you. If creating copy, strategizing ads, and defining audiences fires you up, you’ll thrive here.
In addition to PPC, this position will include organic SEO tasks, such as keyword research, exploring various industries to create topics/blog content, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- PPC / Paid Advertising (2-3 years of experience)
- Manage Google Ads / PPC for multiple accounts
- Handle varying ad spend budgets (e.g., $1k–$2k monthly to $10k monthly)
- Set up conversions and tracking
- Conduct keyword research and establish ad campaigns
- Execute paid social media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Meta/Facebook & Instagram)
- Set up data tracking (Pixel Setup & Tracking)
- Audit ad accounts using Google Keyword Planner and SEMrush
- Provide budgeting recommendations
- Create and optimize ad accounts
- Lower cost per click or drive higher-quality leads
- Advise on keyword strategy and recommendations
- Manage tracking and attribution (GA4, UTM Codes, Tag Manager, Pixels, Google Search Console, etc.)
- Run remarketing and retargeting initiatives
- Report on results and performance
- SEO / Organic
- Perform keyword research
- Explore new industries to create relevant topics and blog content
- CRM & Marketing Automations
- Experience working with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Build and manage nurture campaigns
- Analyze data and implement simple automations
Additional Qualifications
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented
- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console
- Quick learner with a high level of accountability and personal excellence
- Experience with paid social media campaigns (LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, programmatic advertising)
- Possible SEO experience
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace)
- Comfortable reporting metrics and outcomes to a CMO, Director, or Manager
You will be a critical team member, helping our clients achieve their revenue growth goals. You’ll receive training in digital marketing and be expected to quickly and effectively apply what you learn. You will be the go-to team member for our Fractional CMOs, reporting directly to them at times, providing direction, strategizing, and presenting the best possible next steps for Paid and SEO plans.

Salary & Benefits
- Pay: $53,000 – $75,000/year (depending on experience)
