What are the responsibilities and job description for the Junior Power Platform Developer position at The Marlin Alliance?
The Marlin Alliance is seeking an enthusiastic Power Platform Developer to provide client support to our Navy client. This is a fully remote position, but applicants must have the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain basic Microsoft 365 (M365) Power Automate workflows to support client needs.
- Assist in the creation and deployment of Power Apps to streamline business processes.
- Support data analysis by generating and updating reports using the M365 Office suite, including Excel.
- Troubleshoot simple workflow issues and escalate complex challenges to senior team members.
- Learn and help maximize the clients customized M365 Teams environment to execute deliverables.
- Participate in delivering virtual demos and training sessions for solutions developed.
Required Qualifications:
- Active or ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.
- Associates degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or 1 year of relevant experience.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Power Automate, Power Apps, Excel, and Teams).
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Highly motivated self-starter eager to learn and grow in a remote, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Power BI and basic data visualization concepts.
- Understanding of process improvement methodologies.
