The Marlin Alliance is seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform Administrator to manage and optimize our clients multi-environment, Dataverse-enabled Power Platform deployment. This role involves overseeing access management, user support, data governance, solution reviews, and strategic planning to ensure a secure and scalable enterprise platform. The ideal candidate is a Power Platform expert with deep experience in administration, governance, and solution architecture. This position can be remote or on-site (on-site preferred), and applicants must have the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.
Responsibilities:

Administer and monitor clients Power Platform environments (Dev, Test, Prod, and Sandbox).

Manage access requests, licensing, and security roles to ensure proper governance.

Support developers, providing technical guidance and best practices.

Oversee engineering reviews for apps and solutions before promotion to production.

Enforce data governance policies, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and security in Dataverse.

Collaborate with stakeholders to align Power Platform capabilities with mission needs.

Develop and maintain governance policies, SOPs, and best practice documentation.

Evaluate new features, integrations, and automation opportunities within Power Platform.

Mentor junior administrators and developers on best practices and governance frameworks.
Required Qualifications:

Ability to obtain a DoD security clearance (Active clearance preferred).

5 years of experience administering Power Platform environments, including Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect) and PL-400 (Power Platform Developer) certifications.

Expertise in Power Platform governance, security, and compliance.

Strong experience with data modeling and ALM best practices.

Proven ability to review technical solutions and enforce governance policies.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with DoD and Navy.

Experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, and Power BI administration.

Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, DLP (Data Loss Prevention), and compliance frameworks.

Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation in Power Platform.
