Supper Club Host

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced supper club environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth guest flow. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong focus on guest relations, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with menus.
• Manage the seating chart to optimize table turnover while ensuring guest comfort.
• Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, utilizing effective phone etiquette.
• Assist in managing reservations and waitlists using the Aloha POS system or similar software.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service.
• Provide information about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies to guests.
• Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to enhance guest services.
• Maintain cleanliness of the host/host station and dining area to create an inviting environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not required.
• Strong guest relations skills with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Familiarity with POS systems, specifically Clover is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members.
• Must be able to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
