The Marriage and Family Institute (Agape Counseling & Consultation Services, LLC) is looking for an experienced Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, Independent Marriage and Family therapist, or Independently Licensed Social Worker experienced in Child and Adolescent Counseling to work in an outpatient private-practice mental health setting with the potential of expanding one's caseload to full-time basis. The child and adolescent therapist should feel comfortable working with a variety of family dynamics including children, adolescents, adults, family mediation or family counseling and have comfortability with case consultation and ongoing peer collaboration with fellow therapists and practitioners. Familiarity with Play therapy, Sand play therapy, CBT, DBT, TF-CBT and/or Family Systems is preferred. Therapists are W2 employees, compensated on a percentage of therapy sessions.
This individual will have the ability to set their own hours and work independently and autonomously while managing their caseload. Billing, intake coordination services, marketing and Electronic Health System is provided (and training available if needed). Pay range based on experience level and number of clients per day. Experience using an electronic health records database and comfort with technology is a plus. Monthly consultation, peer supervision and CEU reimbursement is provided. Benefits include: Part time and full time employees will receive benefits. Full time employees receive more benefits then part time employees. Full time Employees (24 clinical hours/ week average for two consecutive payroll periods or any four week period.)
- Referrals from Dr. Cordonnier’s year-long waitlist.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Required:
- 2 - 5 years of clinical experience.
- State of Ohio Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW,) Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Independent Marriage & Family Therapist (IMFT) license in good standing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred, but not required:
- Experience with Play therapy, Sand-play therapy, CBT, and Trauma-Focused CBT, DBT, and/or Family Systems
All new hires must pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug test.
