The Marshes of Skidaway Island is recruiting for a hospitality and sales focused Assisted Living Sales & Marketing Counselor to join our team!
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of an Assisted Living Sales & Marketing Counselor:
- Responsible for meeting the assisted living center’s sales and occupancy levels in accordance with the strategic marketing plan.
- Network with area professionals, including but not limited to presentations at the community and the surrounding community at-large, health center tours, follow-up telephone calls and appointments to keep the professionals informed.
- Represent the assisted living center at health fairs, screenings, center education programs (CEU’s), and outreach.
- Participate in local organizations identified as bringing value, by making presentations and joining as a member where appropriate, in order to facilitate a broader knowledge of the industry and of the health care center’s capabilities.
- Obtain referrals from hospital social workers, physicians, or family members keeping wait lists current.
- Create new and service existing relationships with professional referral sources. Including telephone contact, tours, and in-office visits at the professional’s office, etc. All contact with the professional referral sources is accurately documented.
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
- Experience in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience working in a CRM database, preferably Salesforce.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated solid presentation skills (small and large group)
- Strong closing skills.
- One year of sales experience, preferably in an assisted living environment.
- Must be able to pass extensive background check, drug screen and have good driving record.
