We are currently seeking a Full Time Groundskeeper to join our team.
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Groundskeeper:
Proficiently operate all equipment necessary to complete job function.
Some tasks related to minor equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
Some tasks related to janitorial care of the office buildings and overall appearance and sanitary condition of the facility.
Maintain irrigation systems, including winterizing the systems and starting them up in spring. Plan and cultivate lawns and gardens.
Prune and trim trees, shrubs and hedges using shears, pruners and chain saws within reach.
Trim and pick flowers and clean flower beds.
Water lawns, trees and plants using portable water tank, hoses or watering cans.
Install drainage systems, irrigation systems, retaining walls, fences and planters.
Maintain and repair tools, equipment and structures such as fences and benches using power tools.
Provide proper upkeep of sidewalks, driveways and parking lots.
Use irrigation methods to adjust the amount of water consumption to prevent waste.
Operate powered equipment such as mowers, tractors, twin-axle vehicles, chainsaws, electric clippers, sod cutters and pruning saws.
Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saw, hedge and brush trimmers and axes.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
- The ability to work with and get along with others
- Must use a variety of hand tools and pressure washing equipment
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively and perform basic arithmetic.
- Must be able to read and write in English
- All candidates will be required to pass a drug screen and background investigation.
Work Environment:
Work is primarily performed in outdoor environment subject to all kinds of weather. Work performed in this job will place the employee in elevated areas. Work performed will expose employee to wet conditions and will be using high pressure washing equipment.
