WE ARE / The Cultural Impact Lab. The Martin Agency Influencer Partnerships Team is a part of the Cultural Impact Lab. We keep our clients connected to culture through strategic creator relationships by creating entertaining content at scale.
YOU ARE / A key leader in creating, building, and maintaining influencer brand relations for our clients. You will work cross-functionally with Account, Creative, Earned, and Social Media teams to develop influencer strategies that align directly with campaign goals.
YOUR BASELINE / Immersed in both established and emerging talent across a variety of verticals. Someone that knows what makes the culture tick, on top of what’s trending, and passionate about the value of creativity.
Influencer Partnerships Manager Responsibilities
- Identify, source, negotiate, and contract influencer content creators for brand partnerships.
- Develop client and creator relationships and deepen partnerships, identifying new business opportunities where possible.
- Manage and direct the day-to-day operations of campaign delivery.
- Maintain and manage campaign budgets, ensuring budgets are kept on track for influencer campaigns.
- Lead and be an active participant in internal and external meetings, adding value with knowledge of the brand, strategy and campaign goals / KPIs.
- Establish and maintain regular communication between the brand and influencer partners.
- Maintain relationships with Talent, Management and Agencies; building a strong network of partners across North America.
- Manage relationships with media partners for paid content boosting.
- Familiar with SAG commercial usage in conjunction with influencer / creator campaigns.
- Generate estimates for the influencer partnerships team.
