Overview:
We are seeking a Real Estate to join our team. As a Real Estate Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the administrative tasks involved in real estate transactions. This is a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient transactions for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to closing
- Review contracts and ensure all necessary documents are complete and accurate
- Communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties involved in the transaction
- Schedule necessary appointments
- Assist in preparing and reviewing documents
- Collaborate with loan officers to ensure timely processing of loans
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the transaction process
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address any inquiries or concerns
Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing documents and data
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite and database management
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (Bilingual Preferred)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
