RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical Support: Provide timely and efficient troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring minimal user downtime.
System Maintenance: Assist with the installation, configuration, and upkeep of IT systems, ensuring they remain secure and operational.
Helpdesk Management: Respond to support requests via phone, email, or ticketing systems, maintaining a high standard of customer service.
User Assistance: Train clients on software, tools, and best practices to enhance their IT proficiency.
Security & Compliance: Ensure adherence to cybersecurity protocols and company IT policies.
Equipment Oversight: Maintain an inventory of IT assets, ensuring accurate tracking and optimal utilization.
Networking & Event Participation: Represent The MartinWire Group at industry events, engaging with clients and stakeholders to foster relationships and promote our services.
On-Call Support: Be available for urgent IT support requests, providing reliable assistance (5–15 hours per week).
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong desire to learn and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
A high school diploma or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Location: Must be based in Middletown, NY, or the surrounding area.
Schedule: Flexible, available for 5–15 hours per week of on-call support.
Compensation: $20–$25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
