Director of Restaurant Operations Job Description
The Martucci Group is a leading restaurant group in Rhode Island, with multiple locations across the state. We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead our operations team and drive growth across our restaurant portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the operational performance of our 7 restaurant locations, ensuring consistency and excellence in all aspects of restaurant operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth across our portfolio.
- Collaborate with our culinary and food and beverage directors to develop and implement menus, promotions, and other initiatives that drive sales and revenue growth.
- Analyze financial data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Maintain open communication with our restaurant staff, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and fairly.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in multi-unit restaurant management, preferably as a Director of Operations or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth through effective operational leadership.
