Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of customer support representatives, providing coaching and professional development to ensure their success.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, meet performance goals, and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 6 years of experience in the industry or related field
- Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Able to work on-site in Warroad, MN
