Role Overview
We are excited to welcome a Product Marketing Manager to our growing team! In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, sales, and customer support, to craft impactful product messaging and drive successful marketing campaigns. This role will report directly to the President.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand key product features and translate them into clear, customer-focused messaging.
- Develop and manage new products, create product life cycles, and support go-to-market strategies for new releases and updates.
- Oversee product line management, including SKU rationalization and consolidation to optimize inventory and market alignment.
- Manage product pricing across regions and channels, ensuring margin optimization.
- Assist the Supply Chain team with product movement, as well as forecasting and demand planning to support revenue and volume projections
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of product marketing campaigns, using data to adjust strategies and optimize performance.
- Track and report on key performance metrics for product campaigns, including sales conversion rates, and customer feedback.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in product marketing or a related marketing role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, sales, and customer support
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and social media management tools
Preferences
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of data analysis and ability to generate insights to drive marketing decisions.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry
