Job Description:
The Cardiac Rehab Nurse is responsible for the assessment and care of cardiac and pulmonary rehab patients. Application of exercise principles and education to reduce coronary and pulm risk and improve the health of our patients. Acts as a resource in patient care decisions and seeks consultation as needed.
Requirements
Education: Associate Degree in Nursing required. Bachelors Degree preferred.
Experience: 2 years related experience and/or training preferred.
Certificates/Licenses: Current registered nurse (RN) license from the State of Nebraska required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
