Description
The Warehouse Support & Delivery Driver Seasonal, under supervision of the Clerical/Inventory Operations Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Green Farm Maintenance Facility with warehouse operations, housekeeping, room set-ups, and delivery of parts and items to regional shops. Performs other duties, as assigned.
Examples of Important Duties
Parts Delivery for Fleet
Delivers parts for Regional Shops.
Transfers inventory to Regional Shops.
Records parts being returned from Regional Shops.
Picks up parts from vendors.
Housekeeping
Sweeps warehouse floor.
Sweeps fleet hallway and rugs.
Empties trash/recycling.
Keeps empty boxes neat.
Stock Uniforms
Receives inbound inventory.
Places inventory on shelves.
Delivers parts for Regional shops.
Delivery of uniforms (Fleet).
Processes uniform requests and fulfills orders.
Monitors and controls inventory integrity.
Prepares monthly reports for inventory control, as needed.
Responsible for Uniform Distribution Record Management
Warehouse Duties
Receives inbound inventory.
Puts inventory on shelves.
Delivers parts for Regional shops.
Delivery of uniforms
Process uniforms requests and fulfill orders.
Monitor and control inventory integrity.
Prepare monthly reports for inventory control, as needed.
Uniform Distribution Record Management
Receives and logs UPS and other truck deliveries.
Checks inventory for discrepancies.
Maintains storeroom security.
Administrative
Sets up conference rooms per instructions/diagrams.
Picks up recycling
Minimum Qualifications
Valid driver’s license in accordance with both State and Commission rules and regulations required. No further experience or training is necessary except for specialized skills (for example typing) or licenses/certificates (for example, Red Cross Life Saving Certificate) that are directly related to the job.

Works in office and within geographical area (parks).
