The Prince George's County Parks & Recreation, Allentown Splash, Tennis & Fitness Park offers a number of sports activities at its complex to include aquatics activities, camp staff, customer service, and much more! We also host a number of countywide programs to include sports leagues, health & wellness workshops, and special events!
We have a number of openings at Allentown Splash, Tennis & Fitness Park. Most instructor, coaching, and trainer positions require the appropriate training, experience, and or certification necessary to facilitate the course/sports specialty. Salary ranges will vary depending on experience and qualifications.

- Customer Service Rep. & Admin. Support - Positions pay at a rate range of $15.00/hour-$13.80/hour based on experience, qualifications, and certifications.
- Shift Manager - Positions pay at a rate range of $15.00/hour-$16.00/hour based on experience, qualifications, and certifications.
- Operations/Maintenance Worker - Positions pay at a rate range of $15.00/hour based on experience, qualifications, and certifications.
- Camp Staff - Positions pay at a rate range of $15.00/hour-$31.26/hour based on experience, qualifications, and certifications.
- Aquatics Staff -
- Ramp Guard/Slide Attendant - $15.00/hour
- Shallow Water Lifeguard - $16.20/hour-$18.75/hour
- Lifeguard - $17.50/hour-$20.26/hour
- Instructor Aide - $18.50/hour-$21.42/hour
- Assistant Pool Manager - $20.00/hour-$23.15/hour
- Pool Manager - $22.00/hour-$25.47/hour
- Water Safety Instructor - $22.00/hour-$25.47/hour
- Senior Pool Manager - $25.00/hour-$28.94/hour
