| The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission, Prince George's County, Parks and Recreation, Aquatics and Athletic Facilities Division is seeking a Customer Service Representative Supervisor for the Tucker Road Ice Rink. Candidates will responsible for the training and operation of the front desk and café staff. The schedule will be days, evenings and weekends. |

- College degree in appropriate field is desirable, and limited supervision and management experience is necessary for jobs involved in assisting in the management and supervision of a facility or supervising a small program; or an equivalent combination of education and experience equal to entry-level skills and abilities in providing assistance to career staff in supervising and managing a program or facility or candidates will possess a High School diploma with two years of progressive customer service experience and cash handling experience. College experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Prince George's County Parks and Recreation facilities and facility software (RecTrac), schedules, programs, fees and policies preferred.
- Previous leadership, management and/or supervisory experience preferred.
