The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission is looking for Golf Course Cart Attendants for the Aquatics and Athletic Facilities Division in Prince Georges County.
Days/Time and Hours/Time duration: Every day of the week/a.m. or p.m. shift (5-8 hours/day) hours will vary according to time of year
Job Description: The Golf Course Cart Persons' position location is the cart barn and holding station areas. His/her primary responsibility is to ensure that the golf carts are clean and ready for operation.
All positions start at a salary of $15.00. A higher salary is contingent on a person's education, certification, and work experience.
Ensure that the golf carts are clean and ready for rental. Police the areas outside of the clubhouse and cart barn for trash. Assist the starter and ranger with breaks, and general assistance.
May be subject to medical, drug and alcohol testing.

Preferred candidates will have some experience in working with the public. Knowledge of golf preferred, but not required. Must have a valid driver's license. Must be able to deal with the public in a courteous manner. Must be on time and able to work a designated schedule.
A complete background investigation will be completed prior to hiring.May be subject to medical, drug and alcohol testing.
