Join us for an exciting summer intern program, which offers a unique view inside the nation’s largest family-owned and operated swine business. Our internship program pairs college students with managers and leaders for a one-on-one mentoring experience to provide unparalleled hands-on learning and interaction. Interns complete both individual and team projects, while learning about multiple areas of a large scale swine production system. 8 Internships are provided through this program and include the following departments:
- Production Operations (Breed to Wean and Wean to Finish)
- Research and Development
- Health and Animal Care
- Health/Pre-Vet
- Communications
- Nutrition Operations (Feed Mill/Nutrition Services)
- Environmental Services
