We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive organic growth and retention in our Wells and Sanford offices in Maine. This role requires a strong leader who can meet or exceed targeted goals while maintaining consistency with company culture and core values.

Responsibilities:
- Drive office success through achievement of Shared Goals for assigned office, including but not limited to:
- Organic GCI growth
- Listings taken, agent count, closed units
- Profitability
- Income from closed listings, commission percentage, retained percentage
- Agent Support
- Coaching, business planning, training, oversight, attraction, and retention
- Organic GCI growth
- Lead by example and foster a positive work environment
- Develop and implement effective strategies to promote Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate /The Masiello Group and its partners' Value Proposition
Requirements:
- ME Broker license required and active real estate sales activity
- Minimum of 5 years of coaching/leadership experience
- Experience with Microsoft suite such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Office, strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
