We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our Wells and Sanford offices in Maine. This role will focus on driving organic growth and retention by meeting or exceeding targeted goals. The ideal candidate will be a champion of office culture and maintain consistency with company values.

Responsibilities:
- Drive office success through achievement of Shared Goals for assigned office, including but not limited to:
- Organic GCI growth
- Lists taken, agent count, closed units
- Profitability
- Income from closed listings, commission percentage, retained percentage
- Agent Support
- Coaching, business planning, training, oversight, attraction, and retention
- Organic GCI growth
- Collaboration, sharing, and promotion of best practices with Business Support Specialists, Sales Leadership Team & Home Office Staff
- Oversee a safe, healthy, clean, and well-organized workspace environment
- Thorough understanding of the real estate industry, laws, regulations, and best practices involved in real estate transactions as well as company policies
- Promote Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate /The Masiello Group and its partners' Value Proposition
Requirements:
- ME Broker license required and active real estate sales activity
- Minimum of 5 years of coaching/leadership experience
- Experience with Microsoft suite such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Office, strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
