This position is responsible for assisting agents with transactional matters, maintaining compliance with real estate laws and regulations, and collaborating with the Regional Sales Director to ensure a smooth transaction process.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assist agents in resolving transactional issues while maintaining compliance
* Help maintain office culture and participate in office meetings
* Review transactions daily to ensure agency compliance
* Interact with other Designated Brokers as needed
Requirements:
* Active Broker License required
* Active local Realtor membership required
* Minimum 10 years Maine Real Estate transactional experience
