We are currently in search of a dedicated Sales Director in-person for our Wells and Sanford offices in Maine. This role will focus on organic growth and retention by meeting or exceeding targeted goals. The ideal person for this role will be a steward of office culture and maintain consistency with company culture and core values.

Organic GCI growth
Listings taken, agent count, closed units
Income from closed listings, commission percentage, retained percentage
Coaching, business planning, training, oversight, attraction and retention
Requirements :
Compensation details : 60000-80000 Yearly Salary
