Employment Type : Full-Time, W2 with Benefits and company truck

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team on a full-time basis.

Job Description : As a Carpenter, you will play a crucial role in our construction projects, contributing to the successful completion of residential and commercial builds. Working within Bucks and Montgomery Counties, you will utilize your expertise in carpentry to execute various tasks, ensuring precision, quality, and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities :

Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials (wood, drywall, fiberglass, etc.) according to project specifications.
Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, doors, cabinets, trim, and hardware.
Construct, repair, and install building frameworks, including walls, floors, and roofs.
Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures as needed.
Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project success.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times, maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior carpenters and apprentices as necessary.

Requirements :

Proven experience as a Carpenter in the construction industry.

Proficiency in reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Willingness to travel within Bucks and Mont Counties as required.

Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Close vision, and color vision ability required

Safely and effectively lifting, carrying, and moving objects of varying weights

Bending, stooping, reaching, balancing, standing, and walking for extended periods and maintaining the necessary physical dexterity and coordination

Working in various environmental conditions, which may include exposure to varying temperatures, and noise levels at times

Qualifications :

Close vision, and color vision ability required

Safely and effectively lifting, carrying, and moving objects of varying weights

Bending, stooping, reaching, balancing, standing, and walking for extended periods and maintaining the necessary physical dexterity and coordination

Working in various environmental conditions, which may include exposure to varying temperatures, and noise levels at times
