In search of dynamic team player to spearhead our custom mechanical projects at our Mont / Bucks County manufacturing facility. If you are interested in joining a high-growth, well established organization with outstanding growth opportunity, then this is an opportunity for you!
Responsibilities :
- Create cost estimates for labor, materials, outside processing, and production lead times based on customer blueprints and specifications.
- Calculate production costs using labor rates, material, and processing estimates.
- Analyze BOMs, gather pricing for hardware, and coordinate with the supply chain team for raw materials and services.
- Support operations with process improvements, tool design, and cycle time enhancements.
- Monitor and follow up on quote statuses.
- Coordinate product planning and launch for new business.
- Work with Purchasing on quotes and maintain customer relationships.
- Review and negotiate customer purchase orders, manage the customer specifications library.
