What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Team Member position at The Master Teacher?
Looking for an individual to become an integral part of our production team in our sand carving department. This position utilize our specialized equipment to etch our beautiful awards and gifts and will also assist with the assembly of products to fulfill orders in a fast-paced production environment. Don’t worry we will train you! This position require a high attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Follow established operating procedures and processes
- Pay close attention to fine details when working on a project
- Manage multiple responsibilities at the same time
- Meet order deadlines
- Read and comprehend written and verbal directions
- Maintain a clean work area
- Assure quality standards are met and exceeded
- Other duties as assigned to meet business needs
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Constant movement and use of limbs
- Good manual dexterity
- Ability to lift, bend, stoop, carry and grasp
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Sharp attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to switch between tasks efficiently
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team
- Basic computer skills
- Strong work ethic
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
