Description
The Sales Director will lead our sales efforts, driving growth, brand recognition, and exceptional client experiences in our service areas. This executive-level role is part of the company's leadership team, directly contributing to our 10-year vision of building a thriving, results-driven organization. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record in sales (preferably in the service industry), who is as passionate about creating results as they are about leading a team of diverse and dynamic personalities.

The Sales Director will also be responsible for producing their own sales while leading and mentoring the sales team to ensure growth and alignment with company goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed company growth targets.Produce personal sales while leading by example and motivating the team to reach individual and collective goals.Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring alignment with core values and fostering a culture of accountability and success.Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to refine strategies and identify new opportunities.Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.Use personality profiling and understanding of dynamic personalities to manage, communicate, and lead effectively.Leverage the EOS framework (Entrepreneurial Operating System) to set, measure, and achieve company-wide objectives.Provide clear and consistent reporting on sales performance and strategic initiatives to the leadership team.Qualifications :
Proven success in a senior sales role, with experience in a leadership capacity.Strong background in sales within a service-based industry is preferred.Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to manage a team of dynamic and diverse personalities.Familiarity with personality styles and behavioral profiles (e.g., DISC) to effectively lead and communicate with the team.Proficiency in analyzing market trends and sales data to drive informed decisions.Experience working within the EOS framework is a plus.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Benefits :

Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in managementMinimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the lawn care, pest control, or home services industry.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.Familiarity with the EOS operating system is a plus.
