Job Position : Desktop Support Technician
The Desktop Support Technician will perform all aspects of support related to the daily computing needs of MathWorks staff.
Responsibilities :
- Understand and handle all Technical Support aspects related to MathWorks customers' daily Installation and Licensing requests.
- Work under the direction of the Manager or Senior Team Lead.
- Design, develop, and test sophisticated data warehouse software.
- Plan and implement security measures.
- Contribute to the marketing and sales of MathWorks’ engineering.
- Implement user-centered design in MathWorks software products.
- Analyze data, build data models, and improve the software development process.
- Support the planning and execution of multiple product release programs for MathWorks' sophisticated software products.
- Provide technical and subject matter expertise to clients to create awareness of MathWorks solutions.
- Develop components of sophisticated software.
