The Maverick Club is seeking a high-end luxury Concierge/Receptionist to be the first friendly face our members and guests encounter. This role is perfect for someone with a background in hospitality, food & beverage, or barista service who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Please note, this part-time role has the potential to transition into a full-time opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist members, guests, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage reservations, appointments, and member inquiries
- Coordinate daily receptionist operations and maintain a polished, welcoming
environment
- Support food & beverage operations, including light service duties when needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure seamless
service
Qualifications:
- Previous hospitality, food & beverage, or barista experience in a high-end luxury
environment required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Proficient with computers
