Responsibilities :

Maestro of Methodology : Directly supervise clinicians in the orchestration of programming excellence. From Functional Behavior Assessments to crafting innovative behavior support plans, you'll ensure our strategies are as unique as each individual we serve.

Your Skills and Talents : A Winning Combination!

BCBA preferred; those eligible to sit for the exam or accruing BACB supervision hours welcome to apply.

PhD in a related field preferred, Master's degree in a related field required.

3 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing treatment programs.

Proven track record in staff supervision and training.

Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a knack for identifying and resolving challenges.

Demonstrated empathy, patience, and compassion for adults and families.

Strong leadership and organizational skills to drive team success.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Comprehensive knowledge of best practices in providing ABA services, including familiarity with CASP autism guidelines and state regulations.
