What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent position at The Mayan Princess Condominiums?
Duties
Planning, scheduling, coordination between maintenance and housekeeping supervisors and/or personnel. Coordinates unit bookings, documents appropriately, has a great attitude.
Provides courteous greetings to owners and guests and provides reasonable special services that may be requested. You will be the first point of contact for check in/out of guests. Looking for outgoing people that are willing to help where needed. Excellent customer service is a must.
Job Knowledge
Must have good verbal and written communications, and personal relations in order to effectively interface with owners and guests.
Must be flexible to work any shift, as well as weekends and holidays. Rotating 3pm to 9pm shifts are a must.
Maintains a high level of composure in high stress situations. Bilingual abilities are helpful.
