Associate Product Manager
Case Optics & Accessories
Case Optics is a global leader in the manufacturing and distribution of packaging, display materials, and accessories, with a primary focus on the eyewear industry. With over 35 years of expertise, the company serves markets across the United States, Europe, South America, Asia, Africa, Australia, and the Middle East, providing high-quality solutions to the consumer goods sector.
Case Optics is seeking a motivated individual to offer support and work closely with the Director of Product Development.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure and meet critical deadlines. This role spans the entire product life cycle, from concept development through to final delivery.
The ideal candidate for this position will:
- Serve as an account manager for new and existing customers to ensure total customer satisfaction
- Provide overall direction and coordination for client projects, ensuring successful implementation, execution, control, and completion
- Work closely with the Case Optics team to understand and address customer needs, helping to develop effective project strategies and manage production processes
- Identify new business opportunities with existing clients
- Ensure project components are executed in a timely and high-quality manner
- Communicate client forecasts to both factory and internal teams, ensuring alignment with required delivery dates and inventory levels
- Present updates to customers and internal partners on progress as well as problems and solutions
- Check customer provided artwork and collateral to ensure all details are correct prior to factory hand off
- Serve as a main point of contact for factory and vendor partners by communicating project related information to the vendor and back to the customer
Qualifications
- Extremely detail oriented & organized
- Team player, willing to help out in other areas when needed
- Above average computer proficiency
- Experience with Adobe Suites, MS Excel, CAD or equivalent is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Use analytical and technical skills to visualize concepts
- Ability to translate thoughts into design
- Mathematical skills are a plus
- Inventory management skills are a plus
- Artistic flair is a plus
