What You’ll Do
- Post job openings on job boards and internal systems
- Screen resumes and help identify potential candidates
- Make candidate outreach calls and follow up regularly via phone and email
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Keep applicant tracking system (ATS) organized and up to date
- Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Support background checks, reference checks, and hiring paperwork
- Assist with recruiting events, job fairs, and other HR-related projects
- Previous experience in recruiting, HR, customer service, or admin support is a plus
- Comfortable making phone calls and following up with candidates regularly
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Friendly, professional, and a team player
- Basic computer skills (email, calendar, spreadsheets, etc.)
