Dietary Supervisor
STARTING RATE: $16.00 (paying $16.00 – $18.00 per hour, depending on experience)
SHIFT: Full- Time 630a- 230p & Part-time 12p- 8p, (3 days a week if part-time) / BOTH shifts include every other weekend

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Dietary Supervisor promotes the health and well-being of residents through nutrition management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversees the dietary departmental staff and all facets of food preparation
- Ensures adherence to standardized recipes
- Ensures nutritional requirements (as directed by the registered dietitian)
- Ensures facility and departmental policies and procedures, safe handling practices, and infection control standards
