**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and attentive Concierge to join our team.
The Office Services Concierge will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of a world leader medical technology client's office to support employees that will be coming to the client’s campus to work on-site for a day or longer period. With a significant number of employees that primarily work remotely needing to conduct business in-person and on-site , your role will focus on ensuring that everyone has a workspace, feels supported, and is welcomed effectively. You will manage and assist with space management on an entire floor, providing support to employees as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Assist employees in finding available workspaces.
- Direct individuals to the nearest restroom.
- Guide individuals to IT support as needed.
- Communicate promptly and clearly with employees via phone, email, or other methods.
- Address inquiries, concerns, and requests in a friendly and informative manner.
- Provide on-floor technical support when necessary during extremely heavy business times.
- Demonstrate knowledge of client site and facility services.
- Pro-actively identify potential issues and provide solutions to concerns.
- Respond quickly to questions and requests and handle service problems politely and efficiently.
- - Ensure that all interactions with guests are friendly, professional, and courteous
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and requests
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with visitors and colleagues
- Manage guest requests and inquiries, providing solutions and recommendations
- Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction through prompt and attentive service
- Ensure that all interactions are friendly, professional, and courteous
- Manage time effectively to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and office tools.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Prior experience in a similar role or in customer service is a plus.
- Strong hospitality skills, including a focus on guest services and customer service
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong time management skills to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Experience in managing guest relations and expectations
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
