**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and attentive Concierge to join our team.

The Office Services Concierge will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of a world leader medical technology client's office to support employees that will be coming to the client’s campus to work on-site for a day or longer period. With a significant number of employees that primarily work remotely needing to conduct business in-person and on-site , your role will focus on ensuring that everyone has a workspace, feels supported, and is welcomed effectively. You will manage and assist with space management on an entire floor, providing support to employees as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist employees in finding available workspaces.
  • Direct individuals to the nearest restroom.
  • Guide individuals to IT support as needed.
  • Communicate promptly and clearly with employees via phone, email, or other methods.
  • Address inquiries, concerns, and requests in a friendly and informative manner.
  • Provide on-floor technical support when necessary during extremely heavy business times.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of client site and facility services.
  • Pro-actively identify potential issues and provide solutions to concerns.
  • Respond quickly to questions and requests and handle service problems politely and efficiently.
  • - Ensure that all interactions with guests are friendly, professional, and courteous
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and requests
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service
  • Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with visitors and colleagues
  • Manage guest requests and inquiries, providing solutions and recommendations
  • Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction through prompt and attentive service
  • Ensure that all interactions are friendly, professional, and courteous
  • Manage time effectively to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and office tools.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Prior experience in a similar role or in customer service is a plus.
  • Strong hospitality skills, including a focus on guest services and customer service
  • Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong time management skills to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
  • Experience in managing guest relations and expectations
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
