The candidate will work on complex litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have strong familiarity with applicable federal, state and local rules, be highly motivated and have outstanding interpersonal skills. Must be diligent, high energy, and possess excellent research and writing skills. Must be able to work well independently, manage myriad deadlines, and thrive in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with briefing and arguing dispositive and discovery motions, interfacing with clients and opposing counsel, along with general litigation skills.
The position offers the candidate the opportunity to assume significant responsibility, participate in critical motion practice, and have frequent client contact on important matters. The candidate must have strong credentials and be a member of the State Bar of Arizona and/or California.
