Apartment Leasing Agent

The Meadows at Cheyenne Mountain Apartments is seeking a full-time leasing consultant in Colorado Springs. We are looking for a self motivated individual that enjoys customer service and working alongside the team to make sure our residents are satisfied. Some of the responsibilities will include:

• Provide tours of the models and community for prospective residents.
• Respond and follow up on all in person, email, and phone inquiries for potential residents.
• Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including leasing apartments, preparing lease paperwork (new and renewals), and managing move ins.
• Assist in marketing the community and completing area market surveys.
• Assist the staff with resident retention, community events, etc.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and ensure compliance in all leasing activities.
• Assist with property maintenance requests and coordinate with maintenance staff as needed.
• Utilize OneSite to maintain leasing applications, leases, and parking documentation.
• Handle conflict management effectively to resolve disputes between residents.
• Assist the manager with administrative or other duties as assigned.
• Stay informed about local laws related to leasing.
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while providing excellent customer service.

Base pay will be $18-19 per hour plus monthly commissions. Commission structure is $100 per new lease. We also offer continuing education and flexible hours.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
