Responsibilities

• Help coordinate daily activities with staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Provide training and support to team members on animal handling and care techniques.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for both animals and staff.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Oversee the feeding, grooming, and exercise routines for animals in care.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
• Foster a positive team culture that promotes collaboration and communication.

Skills
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

• Experience in dog training or handling, with a strong understanding of animal behavior.
• Knowledge of kennel operations and best practices in pet care.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Background as a veterinary technician or assistant is preferred but not required.
• Proficient in animal care techniques, including feeding, grooming, and exercise.
• Strong communication skills to effectively lead a team and interact with customers.
• Ability to handle various animals safely and compassionately.
• Organizational skills to manage schedules and operational tasks efficiently.
