Job Responsibilities
As a Nursing Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting our nurses and other healthcare professionals with various tasks and duties, including helping residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed. You will also assist with observing and reporting changes in residents' condition and making independent decisions when necessary.
Additionally, you will participate in daily nursing reports and take detailed notes to ensure that all necessary information is documented and communicated to the rest of the team.
