Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Registered Nurses to assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and report any adverse reactions to healthcare professionals.
- Perform routine lab tests and therapeutic services to promote patients' health and recovery.
- Educate patients and their families on disease treatment plans, self-care techniques, and available resources.
Requirements:
- BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date.
- Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse licensure prior to hire date.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
