Job Description
As a Medical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing direct care to our residents, including assisting with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed. You will also observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when necessary.
You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
In addition, you will participate in daily nursing reports and take detailed notes to ensure that all necessary information is documented and communicated to the rest of the team.
