What We're Looking For
We seek a dedicated and passionate LPN who can:
- Contribute to patient assessment in collaboration with RNs
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses
- Perform routine lab tests and therapeutic services
- Educate patients and families on disease treatment plans
- Identify safety hazards and emergency situations
Qualifications
To be successful as an LPN at The Meadows of Delphos, you should possess:
- BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date
- Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse certification prior to hire date
- High school diploma or GED
