About the Job
We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate LPN to contribute to the assessment of patients in close collaboration with Registered Nurses. The ideal candidate will administer medications, observe patients, perform routine lab tests, educate patients and their families about disease treatment plans, and identify safety hazards to ensure resident safety.
