Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, administer, and document medications for residents
- Maintain accurate records of medication distribution and resident activities
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure residents receive high-quality care

Requirements:
- Certified License for QMA (Qualified Medication Aide) or CMA (Certified Medication Aide)
- Experience as a QMA or CMA in long-term care or home care setting preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
