Compensation and Benefits
We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including an estimated annual salary range of $38,000-$50,000 based on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we also provide a range of benefits, including health, vision, and dental insurance, as well as a 401(k) matching program.
Job Summary
This position requires a skilled and compassionate individual to join our healthcare team. As a Qualified Medication Aide, you will be responsible for preparing, administering, and documenting medications, as well as maintaining accurate resident records.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure seamless medication management
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess a Certified License for QMA (Qualified Medication Aide) or CMA (Certified Medication Aide), as well as relevant experience working in long-term care or home care settings. A high school diploma or equivalent is also required.
