You will work closely with our nursing staff to prepare, administer, and document medications, as well as maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with residents and families.
">Responsibilities
">- Prepare and administer medications to residents in accordance with their individualized plans of care
">- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medication records, including resident information, medication lists, and dosing schedules
">- Collaborate with nursing staff to identify and address potential medication errors or concerns
">- Provide education and support to residents and families regarding medication management and self-care

">Requirements
