Job Description
As an LPN at The Meadows of Kalida, you'll contribute to the assessment of patients in close collaboration with Registered Nurses. You'll administer medications, observe patients, and perform routine lab tests and therapeutic services. Your expertise will also be valuable in educating patients and their families about recommended disease treatment plans, including self-care post-discharge, holistic health needs, available resources, and follow-up care.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 month of hire date or job transfer date
- Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- High school diploma or GED
