OverviewAs our Facility Services Director at the Meadows of Napa Valley, you’ll lead our facility services team including our Maintenance, Construction / Renovation, Environmental Services, Security, Grounds, and Transportation divisions. You will be responsible for keeping our campus operating smoothly, managing the operating and capital budgets, policy & procedure, and emergency preparedness for our community.Schedule : Typically M-F 8am - 5pm. Varies with community needs.Salary : $130,000 - $191,900What you’ll be doing : The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to develop, implement, and enforce policies & procedures regarding all Facilities Services & Maintenance needs as well as oversee compliance with local, state, & federal agency fire life safety codes. In this role, the Facility Services Director will oversee managing the Department Operating Budget and Capital Expense Budget, purchasing & inventory, and directing quality assurance measures and procedures for the department. The ideal candidate will routinely engage and communicate with residents regarding campus updates and have excellent leadership skills essential for success with staffing needs, coaching, training, and staff supervision.We take pride in investing in our people and want a leader who focuses on helping others develop their potential through career planning, training, and development.
