Our retreat-like campus offers residents resort-style services and amenities, gorgeous residences, delicious dining at our three onsite restaurants, and a continuum of healthcare including Assisted Living, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing.
We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Life Enrichment Assistant to support our resident services team in providing programs and services within the community.
Schedule: Part Time - Tuesday, Thursday, and Fridays - 9am-4:30pm, with flexibility.
Compensation: $20.00 / hr
What You’ll Be Doing
You will assist the Resident Services Programs Manager implement therapeutic activity and life enrichment programs in the facility. You will support volunteers and lead holistically designed activity programs that support person centered care philosophy and a high level of care. Additionally, Life Enrichment Assistants help with community-wide events, activity records, schedules and supplies, and providing support to residents throughout the community.

About You
- Experience in a senior living facility, recreation therapy, or a related field is preferred.
- Current and valid CPR/AED and First Aid certification is preferred.
- Working knowledge in gerontology, dementia, physiology and anatomy, and/or recreation therapy.
- Communication skills, computer skills, interpersonal skills, customer service skills, team building skills, and/or leadership skills.
